Paula Villarraga discovered the world of wellness at a very early age. From triathlons to training, her experience in fitness has taken her to teach in places such as Miami, New York and Italy.  She has always emphasized on the importance of health and how it can help all areas of life. Following a well-balanced lifestyle changed her life and now she wants to share her passion with you.

Paula’s method not only focuses on achieving the best results but also on enjoying the process.  Whether you are just beginning your mission, you're a mom to-be, in your 20s, an athlete her approach meets you where you are. 

 

Transformation begins with loving ourselves and engaging on the journey of becoming stronger and confident. The focus is entirely on you, feeling happy about what you do and who you are. It is about connecting with oneself and taking care of your mind, body and soul. ​

​Paula works on designing and transforming the way you feel and think about your body, whether its one on one, virtual or with a group class.

She works on making a stronger you by achieving your best self.

What is the PV METHOD

The PV Method is a modern approach to movement and wellness designed by Paula Villarraga. Rooted in Pilates principles and enhanced with strength training, yoga and more, it’s a method that goes beyond workouts, it’s about building vitality, longevity, and confidence in your body.

This method is all about efficiency and intention. Each session blends functional strength, mindful movement, and energy training so you challenge your body without burning it out. By stepping outside your comfort zone and working across different body systems, you strengthen muscles, protect joints, improve posture, and keep your mind sharp.

A combination of cardio sculpt, heavy weight and body weight. A complete body workout that improves muscular strength , endurance, balance and coordination. 

Dance /Cardio

A dynamic, energetic  dance fitness class that blends rhythms from all over. This class combines dance, stretching and plyometrics moves resulting in a fun choreography that will make you sweat while toning, stretching and tightening every muscle of your body.

Sculpt Fusion

A fusion of pilates barre, yoga, body weight and cardio flows that will strengthen your entire body pushing your flexibility, cardiovascular and core strength.

Pilates

Experience a challenging Mat Pilates class designed to build strength, improve alignment, and enhance body control. Focused on precision and efficiency, this class uses the principles of Contrology to help you move with purpose and power.

Kickboxing

Get ready to kick and punch with various shadow boxing drills. Cardio conditioning and core strengthening adds up to the mix. Improve your technique while building strength and getting a full body transformation.
